I designed a quilt for Moda Bake Shop, go over and take a look at the pattern (it’s FREE). The fabrics used in the quilt is 12 Days of Christmas by Kate Spain, in stores soon.
Wow Doug, you are incredible! Only 17 and designing quilt patterns! I love Christmas Packages, it is very unique. I would love to see you design something with the new funky fabrics out there, Amy Butler, Heather Bailey, Sandy Gervais, just to name a few. I am definately going to follow your career, you are going places. I hope you still get your education though, because it will help you as well in all that you do. Good luck!
What a very talented young man! I really love this design and will be trying this pattern this year!! Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us! Now, I am off to look at your blog.....
You have done a wonderful job with this design and I am tempted to make myself a new Christmasquilt. This pattern is great stash busting project and I sure need one of thoose. Take care and have more fun ;-))

Way to go! I was googling around, looking for ideas to make a Christmas quilt using a Layer Cake I have... bingo!
I'm adapting your pattern to make a slightly smaller quilt. Thanks for the great (and simple) idea. Do you mind if I link to you when I finish the quilt?
This is a great quilt design! I have been eyeing this line and pressing the hubby to let me get some (he has to keep my purchases in check haha), and actually had something in mind very similar to this but no idea how to actually do it, your tutorial on bake shop is great, thanks for sharing!
A fantastic design! What a wonderful bio on MBS! Keep up the terrific work. I look forward to seeing more.
