Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks vol. 4

 

Hello and welcome to my blog for the Quiltmaker 100’s Blog Tour. I was thrilled to hear that my original quilt block was included in Vol 4. This issue will be on store shelf's Nov 15th or you can go over to Quiltmaker’s website and order one there.

This is a picture of my block Point Me Home found on page 60! I just love how this blocked turned out; the design kind of plays tricks with your eyes.

I arranged five of my blocks into this topper using an on-point setting and some sashing.

School, Speaking, Fall Quilt Market!

What a busy start to the school year - I’m finely a Senior (YEH). I have been speaking at many different quilt guilds all over Minnesota. (The picture below is from the Monticello guild.)

My sewing machine has been humming in preparation for Fall Quilt Market. My NEW pattern is titled Mysterious. You create multiples of one block and then have 6 very different layout options to choose from! This quilt is becoming one of my favorite; created using Scraps, 2-1/2” strips, or Fat Quarters. The pattern will be available next week 10/19.
